14th October 2019: Dear Lynne

I thought I would let you know that sadly Tiffany passed away this morning.
She suddenly became unwell and was diagnosed with a tumour on her heart. Her condition sadly rapidly deteriorated and unfortunately we were advised by our vet that the kindest thing to do would be to let her go.
We are all absolutely heart broken.

Kind regards

Wendy, Tony and children Jorja & Ryan Kennedy

Tiffany is coming back into kennels on the 9th June because she gets very distressed with thunder storms and loud noises and there is a baby on the way and he owners are concerned
Tiffany's thread below starting Feb 2013
Homing Requirements: Tiffany needs a stable family to support her transition into a new family having lost her home. She needs a family who are confident enough to support her rebuilding trust meeting dogs outside. Secure garden and companion home. Proven with live-in babies and very young children upwards. She need to be an only pet. Family need to keep her weight down.

Her Story: Tiffany grew up alongside a baby and other children and accepted a Chihuahua puppy in 4 years ago. Her family became nervous of their imbalance of power after the Chihuahua suffered an injury, which the vet did not believe Tiffany directly caused, but it could have been an inadvertent accident. Tiffany is neutered, vax'd, chipped and we have also had her teeth done and a cyst removed. She was fostered in with a cat but the cat wasn’t happy to live alongside a dog.

May 2018 Tiffany is currently with her owners and comes into boarding kennels nr Gatwick 7.6.18.

Advert: Tiffany is a Staffie with a huge heart. Owned since a puppy and purposefully chosen to offer the 4 then 5 children companionship. She grew up with children and cats. She then accepted a baby, Chihuahua puppy and a house rabbit into her pack very well. Her owners were nervous of dogs outside but she has been receptive in controlled meeting with us. Tiffany has always had a busy family around her.

Tiffany is 6 years old, a red Staffie with a premature grey muzzle. She has been dropping weight since she arrived to meet her target weight. She has led a family bound existence, enjoying the comings and goings of friends, visitors and always welcomed all. She finds herself lost in kennels but we are confident we can rebuild a wonderful life for her where she is treasured and cared for within the heart of her new family.

Referral Details:Hi Lynne, Here are the details for Tiffany. She is 6yrs old, spayed although vaccinations are out of date. She is also microchipped but they don't think they can find the papers. She has been brought up with 4 children from newborn up....gets on fine with the other little dog (until todays' episode! which wasn't Tiffany's fault). Great with the indoor dwarf rabbit and afraid of the cat! She is fawn in colour. The vet who got in touch with me, but I have since spoken to the owner, who sounds very nice, but worried about the little dog She says they are very flexible and can meet or bring her anywhere. Chrisx

Tiffany is a darling. A real chunky, snuffly red Staffie girl. Beautiful. :love4:
Tiffany gave me a friendly welcome into her kennel, gave me a cuddle while I put on her harness and walked calmly along enjoying plenty of sniffing and snuffling along the headgerows and through the field.
She seems an all round fabulous family dog.
I do love a red Staffie

Tiffany and I stepped out today in the beautiful warm sunshine. She gives me a lovely welcome in her kennel and then just trots along on her walk, taking time to sniff and snuffle not really taking much notice of other dogs or horses. We walked along the bridleway, passed horses who came over to say hello and out into the fields and Tiffany just walked calmly throughout. Not fussed paddling through mud and water, just taking everything in her stride.
Back in her kennel she adores having a tummy rub.
She is such a calm, friendly, sweet natured girl I am hoping her forever home is not far away.

Tiffany went to our Vets today for an MOT and to start her vaccinations. She has a cyst on her back which we decided was better off than on, so tomorrow she goes into the vets for its removal and her a dental bless.

Tiffany is a joy to be with and so easy to travel with as passenger in the car. Really very special girl

Well on the 11th March Tiffany went and had what we believe is a cyst off of her back and a much needed dental. She returned into freezing conditions so a day at the vets was much appreciated...as was a very kind foster offer. Yesterday Clare and Charlie came to meet Vicky and selected Tiffany as their first foster Staffie and what an ambassador she will be and a true delight. Bless her she is now enjoying home comforts.

So pleased for you Tiffany. Such a gentle, loving soul who won't ask for much other than to be loved but will repay a million fold.

Tiffany came to stay with us on the 13th March. Unfortunately our cat has decided he does not want to accept Tiffany. Tiffany bless her still tries to say hello to him and sniff him.

Even though Tiffany has only been with us a few days we have so many positive things to say about her.

1/ She is very loving and can sit for hours between your legs for a cuddle
2/ She is very good at walking to heal once she understands what you want
3/ Even though she has not been specialised much she is very good at ignoring other dogs on the lead around her
4/ She enjoys a good long walk which relaxes her
5/ Very rarely barks. Only at the front door when she hears noises but is unsure what it is. She is easily distracted from barking
6/ She gets a little worried over night if left on her own and likes to come and check everyone is still where they should be. We have found she is so quiet sleeping in our bedroom and sleeps till we wake
7/ Even though she is food orientated she does not counter surf and has learnt very quickly not to encroach our space when eating
8/ she is very good at being bathed and dried (even with the hair dryer)
9/ she is very good at telling you when she needs the toilet, she stands in front of you and wiggles
10/ she is very good in the car providing she can see you ( had 1 and half hour journey home and was so calm she fell asleep.

We are devastated that our cat has not accepted Tiffany as a foster dog as she has soooo much going for her and will make a special addition to a loving family.
