Lola's Story : Lola was seized from a backyard where she lived with her mother and father and a puppy. The family were allowed to take the father back but the others including Lola went to Rescue: Rescue Remedies offered a Rescue place saving her life. Lola is now neutered; chipped and fully vaccinated. Lola is now in boarding kennels nr Gatwick whilst awaiting their new family

PLEASE NOTE: Dog laws have changed with zero public tolerance and prejudice against bull breeds and terriers. Our Rescue asks new owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces, and manage and support encounters so as not to place dog's lives at risk, (Destruction or Control Orders are common place nowadays).

***PLEASE HELP OUR LONG STAY DOGS: Our min. adoption donation £175, which supports our work and Is non returnable. We will offer an alternative dog should our dog not settle given adequate time and reassurance. Rescue Remedies offers their dogs back up for life and exist on the goodwill of our supporters and volunteers.

Please click for Lola's thread for regular updates, new pictures and videos. To apply to home a dog, you must be ready within 7 days and complete a homing questionnaire submitted Online We work fast to secure our dogs their loving homes and can be talking to up to 10 families at any one time. Please remain open: We have the dogs we have. Our dogs need a supportive family to offer patience, time & tolerance to allow them to settle.

Lola's progress through our Rescue below
Original Referral information : We work with our dogs & often reveal a different picture & positive skills as they build trust. Hi Lynne Lola been looking since end of March all the other dogs she was seized with have gone to rescue. She is bigger than a staffie as ambull cross (dad was ambull) I can't tell you how horrible their lives were but they were scared and had been with an abusive owner 😞 She has run out if time

Lola is a Staffie x girly guessing 1- 18 mths old. She was removed from previous home where she lived outside with a American bulldog boy and staffie female, think possibly her mum and dad. Lola is a lively lady and can jump quite high! She is happy to see everyone. In pound she seems to prefer male dogs to female dogs, she is also fully vaccinated. She is a lovely girl who just needs the right guidance. X her pics dont' do her justice i am shocked someone didn't step up for her Cathyx

Lola was delighted to see me this morning. She got very excited and a bit giddy when I offered her cuddles and fuss. She adores human company. She wanted to say a polite hello to the other dogs she passed getting out of the kennel block. Lola walked nicely on the lead, taking her time to sniff but if I stopped she was quick as a flash up close for cuddles, giving me kisses and a face wash. She is VERY affectionate. Lola is adorable, young, energetic and very lovable.

Andy and Jackie are walkers at Guildford...they found they came under the spell of little Miss Lola... they took her home they offered her their home...Lola became their family!

Our thanks to Cathy for saving Lola's life and offering her to us so we could find her family. It was our very great pleasure
