Dog pictures

Post by Ladylou » Fri Mar 24, 2017 5:36 pm

I know it's not directly dog related, but can't start a new topic on general chat. Can anyone tell me if they have, or how, they resize pictures on their phones to post on a thread please? :thanks.gif:

This works for me....Download and install app called Simple Resize from play store. Then select it on phone, and it will prompt you to go to gallery. Select photo you want to downsize together with amount of reduction that works for you. A reduction to 16.8% of original does it for me.
Good luck.

I use an app on my iPad called 'simple resizer', it was free.
I open the app, go to select photo which I select from the photos I've uploaded and select 'Resize' and choose to resize to 640 width x 480 height (landscape pic) or 480 x 640 for portrait photos.
Then you can upload these to the forum thumbs.gif
This will probably work on a phone too I think.

Another way that needs nothing else is to email yourself the photos from your phone and select 'medium' for file size (not original size), then if you save the photo from your email it will usually be right size for posting on forum :D

Good luck :crossfingers.gif:

For anyone with no iPad and only a landline phone (like me smiley-sad010.gif ): Your camera should/might have a software with which to edit (resize, crop etc.) photos. My unsophisticated Panasonic came with PHOTOfunSTUDIO 9.8 PE.
