I'm gonna be a nan!

Post by Elliesmum » Sat Dec 20, 2014 7:35 am

Sorry I've not been around lately at the kennels to walk, but my Daughter, Natalie is expecting a baby, due 2Jan. Unfortunately she has developed a condition called OC which affects her liver and has been admitted to hospital. This condition will go once she has given birth but has to be monitored for now. She was taken in on Thursday morning to be induced early and because they are "busy" at Pembury, she is still waiting . Therefore, Nan to be is very anxious and although nothing is happening at the moment, I am scared to go anywhere just in case she needs me. I miss seeing you all and the dogs but as I have two weeks off over Christmas, once baby is here safely, I will hopefully make it to Godstone at least one of the days. Didn't want you all to think I had gone AWOL ! Just heard today is the day as I'm typing this, bloody hell I'm nervous now. Hopefully good news soon.

All safe after a very traumatic time yesterday, I thought it would never end BUT we have a lovely little girl called Grace. She was 8lb and two weeks early! Hoping mum recovers enough to be home for Christmas now. Thanks for your good wishes xxx
