Bertha looked so content on foster, wonderful pics and film of her. She really is a wonderful, happy girl and is really ready to bedazzle her forever home with that amazing personality and smile.

Bertha is progressing really well. She has two one hour walks every day now (the only resident to be offered that honour???) and enjoys the smells in the fields and beside the canal. She eats as if there is no tomorrow and her tail never stops wagging. Her back legs are much stronger and she can just about scramble onto one the of the two beds in her room without any help from me. She would make somebody very happy and gives lots of face washes and kisses when given the opportunity in return for her own space on the sofa.

You couldn't want for a more friendly and happy girl than Bertha: she approaches all people and other dogs with a waggy tail and bottom. She enjoys travelling on the back seat in the car to one of the walking areas and then can't get out fast enough to start her walk with any of the other residents. She has come such a long way from the time she arrived here as a very poorly little lass....she would love to have her own space on a sofa with or without another dog in the family.
