Difficult day yesterday as I had to take Kyla to Chessington where she will be for a week as I am away. She normally trots off with the kennel maid without a problem. No details but yesterday was different. Sorry Kyla.
She is a great dog. I've said it before but I can't see why she has been overlooked for so long. :smiley-confused005.gif: In the meantime I'm privileged to have her.
Some recent photos.....

Well Kyla is back 'home' with me after I was away for a week. Happy reunion love4.gif Kyla loves settling into a routine. One thing she loves is lolloping around in the garden (except if it's wet when she refuses to get her paws wet).
Some pictures from earlier this morning......

I took Kyla to my cricket club yesterday. I think she likes cricket..... she goes there a lot anyway.Took some rather nice photographs from the boundary edge. Kyla is a good girl.

Thought I would take some photos of the gorgeous Kyla in and around the garden over the weekend. I let slip to her that I had been to the 'picnic in the park' yesterday and she was most put out I didn't take her. She told me that she wanted to meet up with her RR friends. She is flat out on the sofa (see pic)at the moment no doubt dreaming about her next meal!
Kyla is a good girl.

Kyla and i had a great walk this afternoon in Richmond Park. We did the Pen Ponds walk. She had a little dip in the water and loved all the different smells on offer. There were loads of deer around and we almost got ambushed trying to get back to car. Needless to say she is now snoozing on sofa ( guaranteed to wake up though when i sneak past her to get a crafty biscuit)

Kyla has a set routine in the evening ( don't dogs love their routine?). After tea time and around 8 o'clock she creeps out of the lounge......well there's usually nothing on tv......and hops on to my bed. There she stays until I decide to go to bed. I ask her if she wants a 'comfort break'. She may or may not then she can't wait to go to bed properly and scoots off to bedside chair which is where she prefers to kip.

Theres only one thing Kyla loves more than lolloping around the garden in the sunshine and thats watching me working. So she was in her element yesterday when i took up some loose patio stones. She watches every move i make. What a good girl Kyla is.
(Sorry Sarah no conservatory snaps this time!)

Now that the summer is over my cricket mates and I go rambling. This week it was off to the deepest wilds of Banstead woods. Couldnt go without Kyla of course. She loves these long walks. Obviously we start and finish at a pub (Ramblers Rest this time), gammon steak, eggs and chips. Very nice it was too. Kyla very well behaved and rested uvder the table. Sorry but forgot to take photos until inside the pub.
