I was so pleased to see the most handsome, lovable Marley back at Gatwick kennels today. We had quite the reunion - lots of hugs and kisses plus Marley’s favourite game - chase. I chase him, as soon as I get close, he’s off, goading me to try and catch him. He came and plonked himself on my lap today when I sat in the shade - we just sat and watched the world go by, with me chattering away to him. Marley was calm, happy, very well behaved for our whole walk - as usual. Ant and Lynds came over and gave him lots of fuss - which he lapped up but then the cheeky little pickle refused to budge an inch - he was in prime petting position and wasn’t letting any walkers pass him without saying hello and giving him some cuddles. Love Marley mooch to bits. Xx.

Marley twinkle toes doesn’t like to walk through muddy puddles but dives straight in at the stream...... :smiley-rolleyes010.gif: :smiley-rolleyes010.gif: Another fabulous walk with one of my favourite boys.I can’t fault Marley - he always greats me with a waggy tail and a bottom wiggle - and off we go. He walks very well - occasional pulling but that’s usually when mr twinkle toes is trying to avoid getting mud on his paws.....but he’s more than happy for me to walk through it. Love him to bits - so deserving of his own home now. Xx

I took the gorgeous Marley out this afternoon, it is always such a pleasure to take this boy out. I think poor Marley was feeling the heat as on a couple of occasions he lay down and looked at me as if to say he wasn't going any further. After having a bit of a fuss made of him he decided to carry on his way. Marley has a wonderful nature and I really hope he finds his forever home very soon. love4.gif

Marley has matured so much -he really has blossomed in to such a good boy. Despite entering his kennel without any leads to walk him (senior moment), he didn’t make a fuss when I left and re-entered (with leads......). Sometimes Marley just wants company - today was one of those days. We spent a lot more time cuddling than we did walking - and I always tell him how much he is loved and what a very special boy he is. We went to the paddock - Marley loves for me to chase him. I’ve never caught him but he goads me to try again.....i always do. We sat down and the big oaf sat on my lap and gave me a not needed wash.......but Marley seemed to think I needed it and that’s what counts. Love this boy to bits. Xx

Marley and I had the best walk yesterday. I arrived at kennels early and there’s no better way to start the day than to take Marley out. It was so peaceful on our walk - no one else was about. We went down to the stream - Marley enjoyed laying down in the water. We stayed there for a while then headed back. Outside the kennels we sat on the benches - Marley jumped straight on my lap and laid down. We sat there and watched the comings and goings - Marley quite content to just lay there and be stroked. Xx.

Marley as always gave me such a lovely welcome this afternoon, he really is such an affectionate boy. It was very hot so I decided to head for the stream which Marley was very pleased about, he keenly walked down to the water and plunged straight in lying on his stomach making the most of it. Two other walkers from the kennels walked their dogs down to the water, all three of the dogs enjoyed the moment. Marley is such a gorgeous hunky boy. Heart fill with love.gif]
