So, Thursday night I'm walking Tia around the county park which is obviously pitch black. Tia's disco ball isn't working so she has to be on the extender lead, much to her annoyance :P As we leave, Tia about 6 feet in front, me dreaming about what's for dinner, this huge black shape comes in to view running right up to her and barking in her face - it's the Doberman/Gt Dane X guard dog that we try to steer clear of as much as possible. And yes I did nearly have a heart attack :?

Tia just carried on plodding straight past the dog, didn't even acknowledge its existence. If it hadn't been for her raised heckles I'd have thought her in a trance. The Gt DaneX didn't know what to do, it looked at Tia, then at me, and walked on, with it's owner bringing up the rear. I did have a chuckle to myself as we walked on, Tia's so laid back I'm surprised she doesn't fall over :D

Well done, Tia. She does so much for RR....accepting all your weekend foster boys and girls without so much as a murmur. Give her special treat this evening, John. (Hope the car is in better health tomorrow).

Thought I'd post some pics of Tia's evening walk as I haven't updated for a while. Always try to give her some 'Tia time' Sunday evenings when we're back to being a single-dog house :D

Ignoring a very barky dog. There were 2 but the other one gave up.
