Hi from North Herts

Post by trixie » Sat May 02, 2015 11:39 pm

Hello!
Have been lurking for a while and thought it was time to introduce ourselves. I'm Kerry in North herts, mum to 4 children, an almost 3yo 'midi' schnauzer and a fat lazy cat (and 'grandma' to my older daughters mice, hamster and fish), and looking to adopt (hopefully) a staffie at the beginning of June. We've been looking through the adoption lists and definitely have our favourites but due to a short holiday at the end of May we've been waiting. Looking forward to getting to know you and enjoying following the dogs escapades! X

Good to see there are others here from this area- was a bit worried we were too far out. Our holiday is next Wednesday to Sunday (half term week) and although I should be thinking of packing and things to do while we're away, I'm spending my time watching the gorgeous dogs we're interested in, hoping they're not matched with someone else (which is a bit wrong, I know! ) and counting the days until I can submit the HQ!
Perhaps we could meet up somewhere in the middle for a bit of socialisation at some point if it all goes ok? x

We're few and far between this side of the water but next time we do a Pets at Home fundraiser in our Hertford store maybe you can pop down. Have a nice holiday! :D
