I walked Frankie for the first time today while Rebecca walked Buster. It made a pleasant change to walk Frankie as I always walk Buster. He is such a loving boy but is a real character. Frankie loves to roll and you can be happily walking along when he suddenly flops himself down and has a good roll. I have witnessed him do this every week while Teresa walks him and I am walking Buster. We passed a jogger who was out running with her dog and Frankie took no notice. Frankie loves his treats and sits as good as gold waiting for you to get the treats out. He has the most appealing little face, a lovely nature and you can't help but love him. It really saddens me that Frankie finds himself without a home to call his own and I really can't understand why. Everybody that meets Frankie falls in love with him. Gorgeous boy xx
I didn't walk any further than normal with Frankie this morning but he was taking his time and enjoying his time out, so we were out and about for ages. Frankie took the time to; splash in the stream, roll in the grass, sniff and explore, roll some more, eat grass and roll some more. Oh and we did stop for cuddles and treats too.
Walked fabulous Frankie yesterday with Louise walking his kennel buddy Buster, and Anne walking Monty and Geoff walking Hugo, it was a very social walk fir them all which Frankie loved. He does enjoy the company of other dogs and is quite happy walking in Geoff’s company, although I think he is probably still quite unsure of men he doesn’t know, it doesn’t take him long to accept them, particularly if they come bearing treats! He had a couple of lovely rolls in the grass, and a nice paddle in the water, Frankie does like the water! This boy is a lovely, dog friendly, steady, gentle, happy little boy. So come on, Frankie’s special person, he’s here waiting for you xxx
I honestly though somebody had given Frankie a chill pill today! He stood calm as can be in the kennel, while Kim and I got the boys ready for their walk. Maybe he was not, but Frankie walked as good as gold and was very calm. He used to jump up a lot when I first started walking him, but not anymore, he is very well behaved. I love the way he snuggle into my leg if we stop, for a cuddle. Frankie can still bark at somebody he doesn't know so I do ask people not to approach him with an outstretched hand as it does alarm him. I think he just gets flustered and with a slow approach and letting him meet somebody slowly works for him and then he's your friend.

Another fun walk with Frankie this morning, doing all the things Frankie loves...…..rolling, paddling, sniffing, more rolling, eating grass, more rolling. Frankie walked passed a couple, man and women, with no reaction what so ever. Good boy Frankie.
