Yes, rolling is Frankies favourite thing 0002.gif] he can do it suddenly and take you by surprise, he is just such a clown. Frankie has been much calmer and better behaved the last few walks. He isn't so hyped in the kennel and he hasn't jumped up at me like he used to, catching my chin. He is always pleased to see his walker but a much calmer boy now. It's nice walking Frankie as he is so good around other dogs and he's not a puller. He can still bark at the odd man, but quickly ignores once I get his attention and move on. Basically, Frankie is a teenager, but I feel he is maturing and becoming more sensible.

Walked fabulous Frankie yesterday with Louise walking his kennel buddy Buster, and Anne walking Monty and Geoff walking Hugo, it was a very social walk fir them all which Frankie loved. He does enjoy the company of other dogs and is quite happy walking in Geoff’s company, although I think he is probably still quite unsure of men he doesn’t know, it doesn’t take him long to accept them, particularly if they come bearing treats! He had a couple of lovely rolls in the grass, and a nice paddle in the water, Frankie does like the water! This boy is a lovely, dog friendly, steady, gentle, happy little boy. So come on, Frankie’s special person, he’s here waiting for you xxx

I honestly though somebody had given Frankie a chill pill today! He stood calm as can be in the kennel, while Kim and I got the boys ready for their walk. Maybe he was not, but Frankie walked as good as gold and was very calm. He used to jump up a lot when I first started walking him, but not anymore, he is very well behaved. I love the way he snuggle into my leg if we stop, for a cuddle. Frankie can still bark at somebody he doesn't know so I do ask people not to approach him with an outstretched hand as it does alarm him. I think he just gets flustered and with a slow approach and letting him meet somebody slowly works for him and then he's your friend.

Yes I agree, Frankie is a much more chilled out boy these days and is very relaxed on his walks. I had a super chilled walk with him yesterday.

Another fun walk with Frankie this morning, doing all the things Frankie loves...…..rolling, paddling, sniffing, more rolling, eating grass, more rolling. Frankie walked passed a couple, man and women, with no reaction what so ever. Good boy Frankie.

The very handsome Frankie hitched a lift to Broxbourne recently (where he is sharing a kennel with his pal Buster) and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time on Saturday. After an initial bark, as if to say ‘who are you’, he ate his treats and we were on our way. Having been forewarned by Adam about Frankie’s dislikes I was expecting an eventful walk. It was completely the opposite! Frankie was very chilled and passed walkers, other dogs and cyclists without a murmur. We didn’t go far as it was warming up quickly but kept on the grass in the shade where he enjoyed a good roll. I can see why he’s a favourite at Gatwick and Guildford – I look forward to walking him again soon love4.gif
