I tied to sign in with my oiginal username but couldn't. I have re-registered

We have been owned by Ronnie for 10 years. Ten wonderful years.

Now, his time wih us is coming to an end. He had a splenectomy in April this year. Despite a good diagnosis of a slow growing sarcoma, and no visible metastasis, he has secondaries on his liver. We have opted not to have chemo. Ronnie is on steroids and, at last, is eating and behaving like a puppy again.

We may have two or three months with him, hopefully, he will accompany us to Southwold in early October.

Please keep my beautiful, happy, brave boy in your thoughts. I cannot imagine life without him by my side. [cry.gif]

Thinking of you all...It takes guts to decide to let nature take its course. I have been there many times and so pleased to have been given the awareness and treasure every moment.

Remember you little Ronnie so pleased you have let us know Thinking of you all xxLynne

Ron is our 10th pet since we married in 1970 - six dogs, two cats, and a hamster. Ron is just as he was 10 years ago, full of beans and happy, waggy, wriggles. We'll keep hold of him as long as he stays like that. The vet says perhaps two months. He's a fabulous little dog and will be hard to follow. 0028.gif
