She is calm and taking it all in
She's typically stubborn but for cheese she sits and gives her paw which was a huge surprise.

I'll keep you all posted

Yep she sure does ...
"Hey Lady, I've seen the other dogs get sausages - I'm asking nicely with my paw"!

"Yep, that hits the spot"!

"Thank  you, thank you ... more please"!

Am sure you are having plenty of face washes too! Keep the updates coming and looking forward to some more pics of her in a home!

Nina is awesome
She is strong but very gentle
She actually really likes my 6 year old, but does not get over excited. She wags her tail. Presents herself for tickles and leans against his legs when he's seated.
She is very well mannered
She will sit on command most of the time even without treats. Seems to respond better with hand signals so she focuses
She will go into a down position if she feels like it
She will stay
On the command bed she will sit on her bed but she will stay there all through dinner. She can see us and just lies and chills. And she is then fed afterwards.
We've found this approach stops begging especially when our (I dropped my chicken) children are involved
When feeding her, She will sit and wait to be allowed before eating her food and she will wait at any point if you her ask her to.

She will gladly roll on to her back for tummy tickles.

Can't tell you how nice it is to see Nina having the opportunity of a foster placement

Thank you so much for giving her the break she so desperately needs

It looks like she's settled straight back in to the home environment

:D great update. So pleased her holiday with you is going so well. Despite being young it looks as though Nina is one very good girl who is receptive to command and well behaved too. Looking forward to more updates during the week

so ...
nina thinks shes a lapdog-
and she loves lounging in the park

I am having errors adding pics - failed to copy error??

we have been working on her pulling and are no longer using the harness.
long way to go but she learns quick.

we also had a play day with another 6 year old and a three year old - she was amazing gently greeting them.....checking in on the boys playing, but mostly just chilling and ignoring all the noise they were making. was actually fast asleep at some points

As an experiment we let cassius hold the lead (in a safe place)- her behaviour was much more restrained and she actually walked alongside him part of the time

nina told me off for tickling cassius - not aggressive but diffusing what she thought was him in trouble.
shes has really bonded with him

my little one said good night and tried to cuddle her she rolled over to get her night night tummy tickles

not only good with children but actually perhaps a little maternal.

poor nina also has skin allergies so shes a little red round the mouth but we've already got meds from the vet. I actually have the same allergies and same meds!!!

her walking is improving every day and she will wait rather than pull when given the command stop, not 100% but no hassle

got some great pics but im getting errors whenever I try to update
