In loving memory ...

My cousins elderly springer sized cocker spaniel died suddenly in the recent heatwave. He was always a playful puppy, and lived his life to the full, first as an only dog then with two children. They gave him the best food for his allergies. He was slowing down but went out with a blast after having a final puppyhood, playing in the snow in the Peak District. I learnt from him that you can't train the crazy out of a cocker, he was always friendly but bouncy and loved to play and needed to be crate trained indoors when the kids arrived. I'll add some pics later.
Rescue animals are not damaged they have just experienced more in life. If they were human we would call them wise.
