Just letting you know that we very sadly had to send Buster over Rainbow Bridge yesterday,
He has had an amazing life with us in the 8 yrs we've had him and he will be desperately missed, he turned into the most incredible best friend, he retained his gorgeous clown puppy approach to life as you described, he experienced much in his time with us and some great adventures, sadly, while out walking in January he was attacked while on lead by 3 off lead dogs and he sustained a lot of injuries, whilst these physical injuries healed he was very distressed and it triggered an autoimmune response which led to Masticular myositis and eventually a stem brain tumour, he was paralysed in his eyes these just two weeks and this week his jaw became paralysed so he couldn't eat or drink, his spirit was great until the end and we went to his favourite place for a gentle walk before going to the vets yesterday. He was my piece of Velcro and I don't know what I'm going to do without him yet.
Thank you so much for allowing us to have him, he has enriched our lives and like I said he had amazing times with us, who knows when we will be ready to fill the void but when we are we will visit your pages again xxx
Thank you
Lisa

Homing Requirements: Dog experienced owners required who understand the unjust prejudice this breed has and are happy to ride it, Buster is! Buster is a bouncy, young Staffie who mixes well with dogs and people. Secure garden and exit management, Older children or visiting children required. Not for cats or small furries.
His Story: Buster was found stray 15 miles from where he was originally vax'd and chipped as a wee pup. His chip was never registered; the mobile phone number on the vet notes was disconnected. Anyone losing a Staffie in the area knows the dog warden involved. We have found out he was born around Jan 09.
Advert: Buster is a clown ... such fun and will have you in stitches with his affection and joyous mirth. He shines out as a super specimen of his breed type. No baggage with his chap; he is welcoming and ready to flow in with what ever activity is on offer. He is coping OK in kennels, but he is such a people dog he will make such an impact on his family when he meets them. He needs his home NOW!
Buster is a beauty; in good condition and has a lovely balance with dogs in the sense of being welcoming, but not in their face. He will develop dog friends no doubt and in the right hands will build his confidence and developing his training further. He will make an 'off lead' dog in most settings. Delightful dog with stars in his eyes.
Please visit Buster's thread Buster Staffie DOB 08 Aberdare South Wales on our Forum to find out more about him and follow his progress.
If you are interested in re-homing please complete our homing questionnaire so we can ensure our dogs are matched and will suit your circumstances/lifestyle.
