Our dog Harry ?2004-08.01.17
Just wanted to share the reason we started fostering for Rescue Remedies last year and remember our beautiful boy on the anniversary of losing him Although Harry was not a RR rescue dog, we rescued him when he was about 3 years old and were lucky to share his life for nearly 10 years. He was a true gentleman and everyone that met Harry loved him, we truly adored him and still miss him.....However because of his gentle and amazing nature we decided we wanted to help other staffies in search of their forever homes. We have been fostering for RR since March last year and feel privileged to have met some fabulous staffies, there has been lots of love and laughter, but also some tears along the way! It has been a steep learning curve and we feel proud to be helping to keep a dog out of kennels and support them in their search for their new families. If it hadn’t been for Harry we wouldn’t be doing this, but we know he would approve...

Dogs make us better people, better humans, if we let them
"Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass, and then you see it. White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise."
Before we join our loved ones, there is so much good we can do. Our lovely furballs, to me, are the most deserving. They mean so much that the pain, deep and permanent though it is, is as nothing to the joy and comfort these dear souls bring to our lives, opening the world wide to us.
God bless all the dear souls, dear furballs living and out of reach. And bless too those that care and love them.
