I really feel for you all Emma, David and family. I can't thank you enough for giving Hogan a great home and supporting him. Being in the middle of a loving family is all we could wish for this lovely old boy, please pass on cuddles from me. x
Would you like to walk our lovely dogs too?

So sorry to hear the sad news. Our Luna (Lady Luna of Old Coulsdon) was diagnosed with a "massive tumour" last October. They cut her open and realised there was nothing they could do. They offered to put her down, but as she was well and happy in all other regards we said no thanks. She started growing massively (the tumour inside her pushing all her organs aside) so we went back to the vets and asked was there anything we could have for her to help and they prescribed steroids. The impression the vets gave us was that she wouldn't be with us much longer. SHE IS STILL WITH US :). We are going on holiday soon with her, just to the south coast, we are so glad that she is still with us. Ask about steroids. It will change them but it could help them live longer

You go through a huge and horrible array of emotions when you realise part of your heart may pass from reach soon, but focus on now and that they are still here. Don't think of how limited time is but the time that you have still. They are there in front of you and within reach and cuddling, that is all that matters. The rest is some other time..

Good Luck and loads of cuddles

Sad sad sad ...the scrumptious Hogan, having loved his family so very much, had to say his goodbyes this week. He left his Hazel in his families midst knowing she is cared for and truly loved and he smiles down on them as he sleeps his deep sleep angel13.gif]

Oh the tears are flowing again for Hogan and his family, who loved him so much, as did we. It's so hard seeing our dogs leave us, but what counts is that somebody loved and cared for them. Sleep well Hogan.

So so sad but Hogan knew that he was much loved and had a wonderful home towards the end of his life. A very special boy who was much loved by us all at RR. My heart goes out to his family and of course his wonderful companion Hazel. Run pain free over Rainbow Bridge sweetheart love4.gif xx
