Just had to copy this across from Facebook as know how many will be so thrilled to see this update from Emma ...

“Hi Everyone, just a quick post and photo on the cuddly duo :D They are very happy, and have bonded with our family straight away. Here they are sunning themselves and snoozing. Don't be fooled though, being in a home has given them a new lease of life! They love their walks, their yummy food, new beds, and being part of our home. Will post some more pics asap”

And look at this ADORABLE photo love4.gif love4.gif love4.gif love4.gif love4.gif

Isn't it such a relief when oldies like this are safe in their new home and out of winter kennels. Lovely photo and one we have all been waiting for. So happy for them.

I think that picture is beautiful. It show the wonderful bond they have. They also look younger! This new lease of life suits them. :thanks.gif: :thanks.gif: 0093.gif :havefun.gif: love together.gif] love together.gif]

Emma says on her Fb post that no one can believe their age and that they look younger !

And another entry which is lovely...

“ Hogan's legs have improved greatly. He doesn't have a limp now; he enjoys his walks, and his legs hardly ever tremble. We will do everything we can to keep them as young, fit and active for as long as we can”

Hi Dianna,

I thought we better let you know that we found out that our beloved RR boy, Hogan, has a growing mass in his bowel today. We are upset, of course, 💔 but we knew that rescuing seniors involves a special kind of love and dedication.

He looks well otherwise, as does Hazel. The vet said he is a bit too old for chemo or an operation, otherwise we would do it, as we
we adore him. She said just give him the best quality of life possible, which we already do.

Thank you for all the great work you do at RR,

Best wishes,

Emma (& David and the boys)

So sorry to hear about Hogan. It is good to know he is with you, Dave and the boys in whatever time he has left and that he will have the best quality of life with you. Please give Hogan (and Hazel) a hug from me xxx
