Oh so sad poor little Ringo. Run free darling boy your mummy would have been waiting with open arms for you at the Bridge. Hugs galore to Barney. [cry.gif] xxxx

[cry.gif] Oh Ringo, run free sweetheart, reunited with your mum. You will both be looking down on Barney now and willing his forever home to come along. xxxx

Darling Ringo went peacefully to sleep surrounded by Lynne, Barney, Gemma and me. He knew much love to his last breath.
I have not forgotten my first walk with Ringo, 8 years ago, on my induction. He and Smiler are the reason I fell in love with Staffies. And I will remember our last walk too.
Ringo was not dealt an easy hand in life but he did find his soul mate, his special person, in Margaret and he had 7 wonderful years with her, joined by his mate Barney. I was privileged to share so much time and so many wonderful walks and adventures with Margaret, Ringo and Barney.
Ringo was small in stature but huge in personality. He was fun, cheeky, very stubborn, occasionally naughty, always entertaining and despite his hard man image, was as soft as butter. He was instrumental in getting us hopelessly lost on more than one occasion when we were deluded enough to think he knew where he was going, so strong was his conviction he knew the way back to the car! (M and I got lost a lot until I started to take a map and GPS with us) His party piece when Margaret had visitors was to place himself in the middle of the room, making sure his audience had a good view and proceed to wash his man bits with gusto! He had us in stitches.
Rest in peace little man, cuddled up with Margaret and don't forget to shout for your dinner at 4pm each day. Miss you sweetheart. xx
