We had Dench to stay overnight yesterday. He is super He got on well with Bertha although there is a little bit of 'short man' syndrome in that he has to growl at anything bigger than him but as you can imagine he is not that scary and if reassured stops the bravado
Very playful, he just doesn't stop but such a good natured little boy Like with a puppy my socks, shoes and flip flops all ended up in the garden

Oh he is very cute. You have shown your love for smaller doggies here!
Dench won't be here for long, too adorable.

Emma was already in love from seeing Dench on the forum so it was just a formality after she met the cheeky chap in person. Dench is off for a life of fun, walks on the Downs and playing with horses, I quite fancied being adopted myself!

Email sent to our homing team:
Just a quick email to update you on our progress. I have been a bit busy with work and horse shows to get myself sorted out on the forum but hopefully will have more time next week.
Little Dench has settled in so well it’s hard to think we have not yet had him a week. He came to his first horse show on Sunday and slept like a log in the box like a seasoned pro. Great around the horse and no barking. He is now tucking into his food with gusto and sleeping very well through the day and night after a quick game with his numerous stuffed toys. After owning a JRT it’s strange to have a dog who plays so quietly and gently.
He is a little pleasure to have. Mum is having no problems taking him for walks and he has settled in with her during the day time whilst I am at work. He is a very quick learner and I am thinking we could try and little dog agility at our local riding club at the end of the month.
Best Wishes
Emma
