A friend of mine had a problem with their boxer's front leg where a piece of cartilage had grown, hardened and then broke off in the (elbow?) joint on one of his front legs. Had to have an operation to remove it and is right as rain now. Apparently it is common in boxers.

Quick update on Rosie, whilst she is sleeping her GA off angel13.gif]
So she needs both cruciates done. Xrays being sent off to the specialist as I type. We are just relieved it wasn't anything sinister woo.gif] Long road ahead with 2 seperate surgeries and the recovery but to have her pain free and to extend her life is so precious to us love4.gif Thank you once again for the support and advice Heart fill with love.gif]

I'm so sorry to hear you and Rosie have to endure these ops. Easily fixed but yes, gruelling recovery for you all. Let's hope it's soon behind you, love to you and Rosie xx

Rosie is doing ok after her major surgery back in May this year. Another check up and xrays in 2 weeks :crossfingers.gif: I've got a great video of her from yesterday on the beach but unfortunately unable to upload it :help.gif:
