Betzy meets dogs well but may not have enough confidence to be challenged, though providing she is taken gently and learns her manners will so well mixing with other dogs. Lively easy girl who wears her heart on her sleeve. Her family will need to enjoy her youth & not wish it away. Out with Betzy today.
We both had a lovely walk, discovering and enjoying the country side by the kennels.
Betzy is such a sweet bubbly girl, trusting you straight away and very inquisitive of her surroundings. We met quite a few dogs, some off the lead, she was really good.
Very affectionate, quite impressive as we never met!
Such a kind soul.

Very posh with her red butterfly tie!!

Had lovely walk today with Betzy.
She's a joy to walk and very easy. Not so bothered about treats but does really love a good run.
She's a real cracker

Dear Betzy, dear Betzy...we chose to take Betzy in immediately we met he, as she is an emotional young brindle Staffie x bitch with high energy & her mind is all over the place. She doesn't know how to listen, wears her heart on her sleeve and needs intensive support as she learns to ground herself, and as we say, come into her skin. She is in a terrible rush, she makes noises in her bustle which suggests she has been pulling on the collar on walks and now she still makes them even though we always use a harness to take the pressure off the throat. Here is a glimpse we need to a foster place or a committed volunteers to offer Betzy a foundation to her life

We had the beautiful Betzy for a sleep over the other week.
Full of energy and very cuddly.
She does pull a lot of the lead when in an open area which seems to cause her some issues, even on a harness. We tried to teach her to stopping pulling but a more permanent/consistent training is required.
She is very very affectionate and always wants to be where you are.
She did make herself very at home on the sofa and bed, and loved her new ball.
She requires work but the rewards would be tenfold !

I met Betzy for the first time today, she was very friendly and welcoming when I entered her kennel. She was easy to get out and in the kennels. We walked with Chrissy & Misty, both dogs walked well together. Betzy is keen when out walking and although enthusiastic she is very manageable. She is a loving, trusting, affectionate girl and I am sure she will not be with us for long. love4.gif

Having seen how easy she is to walk I bagged the lovely Betzy for my walkies today...she was very straight forward to harness and get out of the kennels, a very loving girl and would make someone a lovely companion.

We walked with Helen and Bentley and she was as good as gold....we had to wait a while at the kennels before going in and for a young girl she was very patient ! Kiss of love.gif

Oh lovely Betzy, I kept getting the harness twisted and had to keep taking it off, Betzy practically put it on herself putting her head into it as she really wanted to get out for her walk. We went out again with Misty, they walked very well together. Betzy is very responsive and loves a lot of affection. She is adorable. bighug.gif
