These cats may have lived in a domestic setting prior to coming into Rescue but have lived 'free range within an animal sanctuary fending for themselves to find shelter and intermixing both with other cats for group feeding and to mix around loose dogs around the communal yard. Each is a survivor and generally social. Some are little reticent to human touch but can be picked up and stroked: Other seek pout companionship and stroked. All would appreciate moving into the warm and love of a home setting.

Our vet placed her under Gen An the next day to remove huge matted clumps. Full check under Gen. An. and chipped 1st vaccinated. Purdey is neutered. Can be stroked, will hiss with bold approach, but enjoys being stroked when sensitively approached. Used to coming home every day for food.

Original Referral: With the Animal Sanctuary closed down due to Caretakers ill health we were asked by the Landowner to find alternative accommodation ideally pet homes for the cats. We have taken this on as a special project and have had all cats vet checked, microchipped, fully vaccinated and addition vet treatment given as needed.

BEFORE! This gives a hint of the incredible mess Purdey's fur was in which our vets had to shave off under Gen An.

This is Purdey who took such a long time to catch and now she is in the warm and well fed and just needs her home. Ideally to remain indoors as she will probably be a risk outside ref roads and having the courage to come close to a home

Purdey is a stunning cat. Thank goodness you sorted out her matted fur for her. I can see that she's a bit nervous, but I'm sure she will respond very well to lots of love in a cosy secure home and will be very rewarding for anyone lucky enough to give her a permanent home.
