Re: Gizzie Staffie DofB 2007 Smallfield Surrey

Jean rang today to say that Gizzie was doing well, a much loved and valued companion. She is so grateful to Staffie Rescue for introducing her to and allowing her to adopt the gorgeous girl and to let us know that on Gizzie’s Gotcha Day all is good. Dear Gizzie has the energy of a much younger dog a...

Re: Pierre Papillon x DofB 09.2018 Gatwick Kenns

I managed to grab this photo of little Pierre at the vet's yesterday, I can't tell you how tempted I was to bring him home with me. I'm told by the staff at the vet's that he had spent very little time in his pen, he was mostly out enjoying cuddles and all the attention such a perfect little man sho...

As you all know Staffie Rescue is 10 years old this month so for a short time only we are going to be offering grey polo shirts with the Staffie Rescue logo for a minimum donation of £16.50 each. This is a little more expensive than those we have made in the past for Rescue Remedies but the idea is ...

Re: 2nd time adopting

I don't think that there is any easy answer to your question, sorry, every dog and every situation is different. The best place to start is with the homing questionnaire and the homing team. Chat through how Dolly has settled with you and let them guide you. Introducing another dog into the mix migh...

Re: Sophie Springer Spaniel DofB ?2015 Burgh Heath

Sophie met and fell in love with her new family yesterday, Ross, Trudy, Kirsty and the very important Whizz came to see if she was the perfect fit for them. There was talk of agility training, running and long walks on the golf course, Whizz gave her seal of approval and every one jumped in the car ...

Re: How to rehome another Staffie safely

Hi Nina, I reckon you'll get plenty of advice here but the best idea is to introduce slowly and to pick the right dog, the homing team are fabulous at doing that if you can keep an open mind. A puppy might sound like the right option but you would need to consider the energy levels of a young dog, e...

Re: GUILDFORD SATURDAY 8th December Rescue Remedies XMAS CHARITY WALK!

The homing team have nabbed me for a meeting tomorrow so unfortunately I won't be able to make the charity walk. I was hoping to bring along some fabulous micro fleece RR scarves, available at £10.00 each. I have 29 of these amazing items available (Luisa grabbed the first limited edition number) so...
