Re: Carter Greyhound x DofB 01.04.17 Cranleigh, Surrey

We're so happy to see Carter rehomed, he's such a great guy, and that looks like it will be the perfect family for him! Give him a hug from us! :icon_barking_dog-116.gif: love4.gif

Re: King Staffie x EBT DofB 2012 Gatwick Kenns

I walked King on Saturday, and yes, despite his quite tough looking appearance, he is a very sweet chap! He carried his beloved football around with him, and we even managed a bit of a lead-length kick around!

Re: Tillie Lurcher DofB 24.05.17 Gatwick Kenns

I took dear Tillie for a short walk on Saturday and she was no trouble at all. She was into her smells and did take an interest in the squirrels, but ever didn't pull. What a gorgeous girl! thumbs.gif

Re: Skye Staffie x DofB 04.10 Gatwick Kenns

We walked Skye on Saturday, and she was raring to go! She was very excited in the kennel, but once out she walked well, although was keen to investigate lots of smells. Getting her back in was a challenge for me, I'll admit, she really didn't want to stay put and she cleverly had her paw levered aro...

Re: Chief (+ Biscuit daughter)Staffie DofB 09.03.09 Gatwick Kenns

We walked Chief & Biscuit (aka Cheese & Biscuits ;) for a second time this weekend, and I have to say a few words about them, especially wise old Chief. It's great to see him with a healthy looking coat, and he has such a great characterful face, you have to love him! He also takes everything at a v...

Re: Billy Staffie DofB ?2012 Gatwick Kenns

We walked Billy for the first time on Saturday. He was a very happy chap, initially quite excited to get out the kennel, bouncing around a lot, but once he was out walking he settled down nicely. He was sad to go back in, and I did have to hold him back to shut the gate, but it was not too much work...

Re: Maisie Greyhound Lurcher DofB 2010 Gatwick Kenns

I walked Maisie today, she was quite bouncy in the kennel so I put her harness on, but once out she was very gentle and a joy to walk. She doesn't pull, but does take an interest in things and has a spring in her step. She seemed very content. When barked at by some local dogs, she ignored them, but...

Re: Chief Staffie DofB 2006 Gatwick Kenns

We walked Chief & Biscuit yesterday. They were very easy to walk and we had fun watching them roll around on the grass together. I can't wait to see these two improve in the care of RR. Here's Chief, we love his wise old face!

Carter Greyhound x DofB 1/04/2017 Guildford Kenns

Well, we took Carter home for the afternoon yesterday to try to get to know him better, as we'd been so impressed by our walks with him. What we learnt about him: - He seems to have had some training. He knows "no", he will sit for you, and loves to do a paw if a treat is on offer. - He walks beauti...

Re: Mitzy Mastiff DofB 2014 Gatwick Kenns

Here are some photos of Mitzy from our walk yesterday. She is a big strong girl, but only really pulled when we saw other dogs - she just wants to make friends. She loves her ball and carried it round with her on the whole walk. We had good fun playing catch with it, although she got a bit bored of ...
